What this website collects

Nothing, unless you submit the case review form. This site sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and runs no analytics, advertising pixels or session recording.

If you submit the form, it sends: your name, your phone number, and whatever else you choose to fill in — email address, the kind of matter, the date it happened, your message, your preferred language, and which office you selected. It also records the time of submission, your browser’s user-agent string, and the two-letter country code our host reports for your connection.

The form will not submit without a name and a phone number. Everything else is optional, and you should not put anything sensitive in the message box — see the warning below.

Please do not send confidential details through this form

Sending the form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and what you send is not privileged until one exists. Give us enough to know whether we can help and how to reach you. Keep the detail for the conversation.

This matters practically: if the firm already represents someone on the other side of your matter, it may not be able to speak with you at all, and anything you have already sent could complicate that.

What the information is used for

To respond to you about your inquiry, and to run a conflicts check before the firm can discuss a matter. That is all.

It is never sold, rented, or given to anyone for marketing. You will not be added to a mailing list because you used the form.

Who else sees it

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, so Cloudflare processes requests to the site and provides the country code noted above.

Form submissions are delivered to the firm by Resend, an email delivery service. They pass through Resend in order to reach the firm’s inbox.

Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads, as it would for any site using that service.

The client video testimonials do not load from YouTube until you press play. The thumbnails on that page are served from this site, so simply visiting it sends nothing to YouTube. If you do press play, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com and YouTube then receives your IP address and the usual information a video player collects.

No other third party receives anything on a normal page view.

Beyond those, information is disclosed only where the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not become matters are kept only as long as needed to answer them and to maintain the conflicts record, and are then deleted.

Files for clients are retained in accordance with the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and the firm does not knowingly collect their information through it. A parent or guardian enquiring on behalf of an injured child should contact the firm by telephone.

Your choices

Because the site sets no cookies and runs no tracking, there is nothing to opt out of and no Do Not Track signal to honor — there is no tracking to disable.

To ask what the firm holds about you, or to have an inquiry deleted, write to [email protected] or call any office. Requests about a client file are handled under the Bar rules on client records.

Links to other sites

This site links to outside resources — Florida statutes, the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, courts, hospitals, the Florida Bar. Those sites have their own privacy practices and this policy does not cover them.
